We are so lucky at Heritage Makers to have Lynda Angelastro as a Studio Designer at Home Office! She comes to us from Digital Keepsakes Magazine, and has lots of beautiful ideas to share :)

With all of the rage over Canvas Prints right now, she's got some really helpful tips to share about designing your own!

1. If you are making a multiple-canvas set, send them all to be printed at the same time (In the same way you try to buy yarn from the same dye lot)

2. You can stretch a photo all the way into the orange, even to red and it will still print beautifully on canvas! Studio art is the same way. Take a 12x12 paper up to 24x24, and it will still print beautifully from Studio, no ;h/.matter what color your outside border becomes.

3. Are you just wanting some beautiful art to decorate your walls? Try just using our papers from the art collection by themselves - very chic! Or for other, more personalized decor solutions, check out all of the Pre-designed canvases waiting to be customized in the Template Gallery!

4. Many of Heritage Maker's canvas sizes were designed to work together. Put an 8x20 on either side of a 20x20, or use the 9-pc canvas set in the Template Gallery. Have fun with the possibilities!

5. For a full-bleed photographic canvas, select a photo with lots of room around the edge of your subject. You'll need that "extra" space for the canvas wrap.

Thanks so much Lynda!
