Beginning September 2009, clients may receive complementary 90-day extensions on credits about to expire. To receive this extension, clients must contact home office within 30 days before the credit expires. HM will be updating the online extension system to offer the complementary 90 days later this fall. That means you have 4 free extensions a year!
Credits that have expired do not qualify for extension. However, HM is offering complementary publishing on up to 5 credits that have expired this year. To receive these credits, clients must contact the home office by Dec. 30, 2009.
