Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada as a day of giving thanks for the blessings of the previous year. For many of us, Thanksgiving traditions include feasting, time off work, football games, holiday parades, family reunions and the beginning of our winter holiday celebrations.
